	Animas Resources (TSX.V: ANI) is pleased to report that it held its Annual General Meeting on June 9, 2009 in Vancouver, B.C., Canada and announced that all directors were reappointed. At the Directors Meeting following the Annual General Meeting, Mr. Gregory E. McKelvey was reappointed as the chief executive officer and president and Ms. Winnie Wong was reappointed to serve as the chief financial officer and the corporate secretary. 530,000 options were also granted to directors, officers and consultants at $0.58 expiring on June 9, 2014.
